Certificate in Online Teaching – Scholarship Intake Form

For the 2026-2027 school year, NEOTI, in partnership with VTVLC and with support from VSAC, will offer a limited number of scholarships to Vermont educators wishing to earn the Certificate in Online Teaching, which meets all the standards for the Online Teaching Specialist endorsement.

Scholarship applications are due March 15th.
